What is the ruling on men wearing silver, and what is the permissible weight, and is it permissible to wear "black" that resembles a bracelet, and is adorning the wrist with it unlawful while we adorn it with luxurious watches?

Wearing silver for men is prohibited, according to the preponderant opinion, with the exception of a ring, the embellishment of a Mushaf (copy of the Qur’an), a sword, and the use of a prosthetic limb (such as a nose or a tooth). Some scholars have specified the weight of the ring not to exceed one mithqal, while others have stated less than that. Men are not permitted to wear platinum or any other material in the form of bracelets, necklaces, or anklets, as these are adornments for women, and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, cursed men who imitate women. As for expensive watches for men, they are permissible as long as they are not made of gold or silver. Women are permitted to wear clothing made of silver or any other material without restriction.
