What is the ruling on the dhikr mentioned in the hadith: "Whoever says after the Fajr prayer, while still sitting with his legs folded before speaking: 'There is no god but Allah alone, He has no partner. To Him belongs all sovereignty and to Him all praise, He gives life and causes death, and He is over all things competent,' ten times, ten good deeds will be written for him, ten evil deeds will be erased from him, and he will be elevated ten degrees. That entire day of his will be in protection from all harm and guarded from Satan, and no sin will be able to overtake him on that day except associating partners with Allah"? And what about Ayat al-Kursi, regarding which it is reported: "Whoever recites it after every prayer will enter Paradise upon death," for a menstruating woman who does not pray?

It is permissible for a menstruating woman to observe the morning and evening remembrances (adhkar) and those before sleep, among others. It is also permissible for her to recite from the Qur'an by heart what she knows well. As for the remembrances after prayers, these are not permissible for her due to their connection with prayer.

The hadith, "Whoever recites Ayat al-Kursi after every prescribed prayer, nothing will prevent him from entering Paradise except death," is authentic.

Regarding the reward for a menstruating woman for the acts of worship she has omitted: some scholars are of the view that she is rewarded, by analogy with the sick and the traveler. Others hold that she is not rewarded for the prayer itself, but rather for her obedience to the religious command to abstain from prayer. The matter is open to interpretation, and Allah's grace is vast.
