Is it permissible to perform the 'Asr prayer approximately one hour before the time of the Adhan in order to go to work, so as to avoid delaying it until after the Maghrib prayer?

It is not permissible to transgress the boundaries of Allah concerning prayer by offering it before or after its prescribed time, except in the case of a valid excuse. Whoever prays before the time has entered, their prayer is invalid and must be repeated, based on the Almighty's saying: "Indeed, prayer has been decreed upon the believers a time-constrained ordinance." They must also repent and make up all the prayers they performed before their time, as the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Allah's debt is more worthy of being fulfilled."
