What are my entitlements and obligations now that my husband has married another woman and fully furnished a new home for her, despite the fact that I currently don't even have a bedroom or a dining room, and he says, "Every time has its call to prayer, and each person has their own circumstances"?

A husband must be just among his wives in terms of sustenance, clothing, and overnight stays. He sins if he inclines towards one of them. If he equalizes them in what is obligatory, he is permitted to favor one of them with what exceeds that. Thus, equality is not obligatory in preferring one over the other in terms of sustenance, desires, and housing, if the other wife has sufficient provision. Nor is he obligated to give the other wife the same as he gave the second if that was an addition to the dowry or a gift. However, he must provide each wife with suitable and furnished housing according to custom and the husband's financial situation.
