Does the call to prayer from loudspeakers in mosques lead to non-Muslims being alienated and increasing their hatred for Islam, instead of promoting it or increasing the number of worshippers, especially since the Prophet forbade insulting the deities of polytheists?

The Adhan (call to prayer) is an Islamic ritual that must be raised and made audible to the largest possible number of people. It is not permissible to abandon it merely because of the mockery of disbelievers, for the Adhan contains no insult to them. Indeed, some disbelievers used to ridicule the Adhan during the time of the Prophet, peace be upon him, yet the Messenger did not prevent raising the voice with it. If Muslims were to comply with their enemies, they would abandon their entire religion.
