Does the grandmother's constant anger at the mother and her saying "May Allah curse you" affect the mother and grandchildren, knowing that the granddaughter always pleases both her mother and grandmother?

If the mother is dutiful towards her own mother, then we hope that the mother's unjust supplication against her will not harm her, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The supplication of a servant continues to be answered as long as he does not pray for a sin or for the severing of kinship ties." However, if she has fallen short in her duty towards her, then there is a fear that her mother's supplication might harm her, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "There are three supplications that are answered without a doubt: the supplication of a parent against their child, the supplication of a traveler, and the supplication of the oppressed." However, this does not extend to the grandchildren. And a supplication made in anger is not answered, for Allah Almighty says: "And if Allah were to hasten for the people the evil as they hasten the good, their term would have been concluded for them." And it is not permissible to curse a Muslim, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Cursing a believer is like killing him."
