Does the insertion of a medical instrument into a woman's uterus for medical examination invalidate ablution, and is it permissible to pray with a previous ablution after this insertion?

Introducing a medical instrument into a woman's front private part (vagina) is considered a nullifier of ablution (wudu') upon its removal, because it exits from the front private part and is not free of wetness. This is the view held by Imam An-Nawawi, Ibn Qudamah, and Az-Zayla'i al-Hanafi, as they believe that anything exiting from the two private parts after being inserted nullifies ablution due to the accompanying impurity. Therefore, any prayer performed with that ablution must be repeated. This is the opinion of the majority of scholars and is the more cautious approach, contrary to the view of Ibn Taymiyyah.
