What is the ruling on the campaign "Our Daily Werd of the Qur'an" via smart devices, and is it considered an innovation (bid'ah)?

This action is good, and there is no harm in it. In fact, it is a form of cooperation in righteousness and piety, and whoever performs it can hope for reward from Allah Almighty. It is not an innovation (bid'ah), nor does it resemble communal Tasbih (remembrance of Allah). Rather, it falls under the category of enjoining good and encouraging virtuous deeds.
