What is the ruling concerning the prayer and ablution of a woman who suffers from multiple vaginal discharges, such as blood and pus, due to uterine cancer, and who also has a skin allergy that causes aversion, redness, and severe itching upon contact with water?

If the discharge is continuous and there is not enough time for purification, then its ruling is the same as that of a person with incontinence: she purifies herself after the time for prayer begins and performs the obligatory and supererogatory prayers. However, if the discharge is intermittent and she finds time for purification, then she should wait until the discharge stops, then purify herself and pray.

Regarding ablution (wudu') and ritual bathing (ghusl), if she is harmed by using water, she should perform tayammum (dry ablution). If she is able to wash some limbs without harm, she should wash them and perform tayammum for the rest.
