What is the share of the paternal uncle and paternal aunt in inheritance?

The paternal uncle is one of the 'asabat (agnate heirs). He inherits if there is anything left after the Ashab al-Furud (sharers) and if he is not excluded, or he inherits the entire estate if he is the sole heir. The paternal uncle is excluded by the presence of a son or grandson, a father or grandfather, a full brother or a brother by the father, and a son of a full brother or a son of a brother by the father.

As for the paternal aunt, she is from Dhawi al-Arham (relatives by blood who are not sharers or agnates), and she inherits when there is no sharer or agnate present.
