Is it permissible to record 50 training hours for the trainee in the certificate, given that a training hour differs from a chronological hour, and is increasing the number of hours in the certificate considered a form of cheating?

The testimony must correspond to reality as a fulfillment of trust, truthfulness in speech, and avoidance of deception, due to the Almighty’s saying: "O you who have believed, do not betray Allah and the Messenger or betray your trusts while you know [the consequence]," and due to the Prophet’s (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "The signs of a hypocrite are three: whenever he speaks, he lies; whenever he promises, he breaks his promise; and whenever he is entrusted, he betrays." And "Whoever deceives us is not one of us." Therefore, the default is to write the actual number of hours in it, unless there is a prevailing custom in how to calculate the number of training hours in such courses, in which case this custom should be observed according to the jurisprudential rule: "Custom is authoritative."
