How is a house inherited by six sons, three daughters, a mother, and two wives divided, knowing that the house is mortgaged?

The heirs are not permitted to dispose of the mortgaged house except after settling the debt and with the consent of the mortgagee. If the debt becomes due and the heirs are unable to pay it, the mortgagee refers the matter to the judiciary to compel the mortgagor to sell the mortgaged property and fulfill the debt. Otherwise, the ruler sells it and fulfills the debt. If the deceased left no relatives other than those mentioned, then the mother receives one-sixth, the two wives receive one-eighth to be divided equally between them, and the remainder goes to the sons and daughters by ta’sib (residuary inheritance), with the male receiving the share of two females.
