Is death in car accidents considered accidental killing, and are its victims counted among the martyrs, like those unjustly killed?

"Whoever dies due to a car accident, or its overturning, or its burning, or drowning, is categorized with the martyr of demolition mentioned in the Hadith: 'There are seven martyrs besides being killed in the way of Allah: the one who dies of plague is a martyr, the one who drowns is a martyr, the one who dies of pleurisy is a martyr, the one who dies of an abdominal disease is a martyr, the one who dies by fire is a martyr, the one who dies under a collapsed structure is a martyr, and a woman who dies in childbirth is a martyr.' However, they do not receive the same rulings as a battlefield martyr in this world; thus, they must be washed, shrouded, and prayed over."
