What is the ruling on eating mayonnaise and ketchup if they contain vinegar with a 3% alcohol content?

The fundamental principle regarding things is permissibility unless their prohibition is ascertained, based on the Prophet's (PBUH) saying: "What Allah has made lawful in His Book is lawful, and what He has made unlawful is unlawful, and what He has remained silent about is pardoned." If a certain percentage of an intoxicant mixes with something after it has changed or fermented and is no longer intoxicating, then it is pure and permissible to use. However, if the intoxicant mixes with it while still in its intoxicating state, then it is impure and impermissible to use.
