How can one verify whether these phenomena (tremors and physiognomy) are miracles from God or a deception from Satan, and should one inform one's parents about them despite their disbelief in such matters, and is it obligatory to change the bad events that one is inspired with, and what should one do if accused of sorcery and witchcraft, and how can one present evidence from the Quran and Sunnah to confirm miracles?

Firasah (spiritual insight) and karamat (miraculous acts) are real. However, firasah of faith is a light that Allah casts into the heart, enabling one to distinguish between truth and falsehood. Whereas, firasah gained through asceticism, hunger, and wakefulness is common to both believers and disbelievers and does not indicate faith. Miracles (kharq al-ʿadah) can be either divine favors (karamat rahmaniyyah) or satanic states, and thus do not necessarily indicate that their performer is a friend (wali) of Allah. Rather, what matters is one's adherence to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, and one's uprightness. Uprightness (istiqamah) is the greatest of karamat. One must beware of claiming knowledge of the unseen, for none knows it save Allah.
