Is there a master for حمد (praise/gratitude) just as there is a master for استغفار (seeking forgiveness)?

"Sayyid al-Istighfar" (The Master of Seeking Forgiveness) is the best way to seek forgiveness, because it is a comprehensive remembrance that encompasses all meanings of repentance. As for "Sayyid al-Hamd" (The Master of Praise), it has not been reported. Rather, what has been reported is that the best supplication is "Alhamdulillah" (Praise be to Allah), because supplication includes remembering Allah and asking Him for one's needs, and praising Him for a blessing is a way of asking for more of it and is the essence of gratitude.
