Is intention sufficient for seeking healing with Zamzam water, or is supplication required, and does the use of Visa and MasterCard credit cards issued by usurious banks prevent the acceptance of supplication and seeking healing with Zamzam water?

Zamzam water is a cure for illnesses, and drinking it is done in three ways: The first is with the intention of seeking cure or not seeking it. The second is with the intention of seeking cure. The third is with the intention of seeking cure combined with supplication, which is the best. It has been authentically reported that Zamzam water is "the best water on the face of the earth, in it is food that satisfies, and a cure from sickness," and that it is "for whatever it is drunk for." Although healing may occur for the drinker without the presence of an intention or supplication, it is best to intend seeking healing with it and to supplicate to Allah. Consuming unlawful (haram) earnings is among the impediments to the acceptance of supplications. However, sometimes the supplication of one who consumes haram may be answered as a manifestation of Allah's grace. Such a person should rid themselves of the haram so that Allah may transform their life for the better.
