Is this Hadith authentic: "There is no god but Allah, alone, without partner; to Him belongs all sovereignty and all praise, and He is over all things competent; there is no might and no power except with Allah; glory be to Allah, and praise be to Allah; and there is no god but Allah; and Allah is the Greatest — his sins will be forgiven, even if they were like the foam of the sea"?

This supplication was narrated with these words in Sahih Ibn Hibban, from Abu Hurayrah, from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), who said: "Whoever says when he goes to his bed: 'None has the right to be worshipped but Allah, alone, without partner. To Him belongs all sovereignty and all praise, and He is over all things competent. There is no might or power except with Allah. Glory be to Allah, and praise be to Allah, and there is no god but Allah, and Allah is the greatest,' Allah will forgive his sins or his mistakes — Mus'ar [one of the narrators] was in doubt — even if they were like the foam of the sea."

In Sahih al-Bukhari, there is a similar narration regarding the virtue of remembrance upon waking up at night.

And from Abdullah ibn Amr, he said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There is no one on earth who says: 'None has the right to be worshipped but Allah, and Allah is the greatest, and there is no might or power except with Allah,' but his sins will be expiated, even if they were like the foam of the sea."
