Are "Ya Hannan, Ya Mannan" among the attributes of Allah and not among His names, and is there anything in the Quran, Prophetic Hadith, or Hadith Qudsi that proves this?

"Al-Mannan" is one of the names of Allah the Almighty. A man once supplicated using it, and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "He has supplicated to Allah by His Greatest Name, which if He is supplicated by, He answers, and if He is asked by, He gives." As for "Al-Hannan," its being a name of Allah the Almighty has not been established in the authentic Sunnah, and Malik disliked supplicating with it. However, the attribute of 'hanan' (tenderness/compassion), meaning mercy, has been established for Allah the Almighty, based on His saying: ﴿AND COMPASSION FROM US﴾ [Maryam: 13]. Ibn Abbas interpreted it as mercy, and Ibn al-A'rabi also interpreted it as the Merciful, or affection and mercy, or provision and blessing.
