Is one excused for missing Friday prayer if they find it difficult to attend due to the sun's heat and the unavailability of transportation on that day?

Scholars have agreed that striving to attend the Friday prayer is an individual obligation (fard ayn) when its conditions of obligation are met, based on the Almighty's saying: "O you who have believed, when [the adhan] is called for the prayer on the day of Jumuah, then proceed to the remembrance of Allah and leave trade. That is better for you, if you only knew." It is not permissible to fail to attend it except for a legitimate excuse. And whoever fails to attend it without an excuse is sinful, based on the hadith of Ibn Mas'ud and the hadith of Abu Hurayrah and Ibn 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) regarding the severe warning against failing to attend it. The Friday prayer is obligatory upon a free, sane, adult, resident Muslim who is able to strive to attend it. Therefore, there is no excuse for abandoning the striving to attend it merely due to the heat of the sun or the unavailability of transportation, unless walking in the heat causes unusual and significant hardship, or there is a fear of certain harm.
