What is incumbent upon one who intentionally smoked drugs during the daytime in Ramadan?

Whoever intentionally invalidates their fast by smoking and using drugs has committed a great evil and a grave sin, due to their deliberate invalidation of the Ramadan fast and their consumption of drugs. They must perform sincere repentance and make up that day. Expiation is not obligatory upon them, according to the more preponderant opinion, because it is only obligatory for breaking the fast by sexual intercourse.
