Who is Shaykh Shuʿayb al-Arnaʾut, and is he the brother of Shaykh ʿAbd al-Qadir al-Arnaʾut?

A detailed biography of Sheikh Shu'ayb al-Arna'ut has not been found because he is still alive. He is not the brother of Sheikh 'Abd al-Qadir al-Arna'ut, but they share the surname "al-Arna'ut," which is given to Albanians. They worked together on the authentication of heritage texts at the Islamic Bureau, producing books such as "Zad al-Ma'ad." Sheikh 'Abd al-Qadir was distinguished by his engagement in Da'wah (inviting to Islam), while Shu'ayb al-Arna'ut dedicated his time to the authentication of heritage books and supervised the authentication of "Siyar A'lam al-Nubala'."
