Is receiving a message on the phone after supplicating considered a sign from Allah before researching the evidence regarding the issue of niqab?

This message may not be a sign from Allah indicating the choice of one of the two opinions, and the matter is easy. If the questioner is a student of knowledge and capable of examining the evidence, she should act according to what she finds preponderant. If she is not a student of knowledge, she should follow someone she trusts, and this will relieve her of confusion and hesitation.
