Does the blessing in Medina include everything in it, or is it limited to what is mentioned in the texts, and what is the ruling on imported goods?

The blessing of Medina encompasses all its produce, fruits, and crops, as well as its water and air, due to the comprehensive prayer of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, for its blessing. The benefit of the 'ajwa date against poison and magic is not due to an inherent property within it, but rather due to the blessing of his prayer, peace and blessings be upon him, for the dates of Medina. Scholars have unanimously agreed that the blessing includes everything measured by the sa' and mudd in Medina, and that the prayer of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, for the people of Medina is answered and includes everyone who resides there. As for what is imported from outside Medina, it may not be included in the specific prayer for Medina's fruits, but it might be included in the general prayer for the blessing of what is within it.
