What is the ruling on collecting passports as a representative and taking 1500 Egyptian pounds for each passport, to be added to the visa fee?

If the service applicants are aware of the excess amount you are taking, then there is no harm in it. However, if you are deluding them into thinking that the amount is part of the visa fees and you take it for yourself, then that is not permissible. And if you are an employee receiving a salary, you are not allowed to take a commission without the permission of your employer.
