How can one overcome the problem of frequent nocturnal emissions and the difficulty of repeated ghusl (ritual bathing) from janabah (state of ritual impurity), which leads to abandoning prayer?

Committing the sin of abandoning prayer due to a wet dream is an abominable act. Prayer is a great pillar of Islam, and abandoning it carries a severe warning. One who abandons it while denying its obligation is an infidel by scholarly consensus, while one who abandons it out of laziness is a matter of dispute. One must hasten to repent and make up all missed prayers, estimating their number until one is reasonably certain of having cleared their liability. Frequent wet dreams do not permit abandoning prayer or performing it without ghusl (definition); rather, ghusl is obligatory after every wet dream.
