What is the ruling on someone who had intercourse with his wife after performing the rituals and before the Farewell Tawaf, and then returned to his country?

The first stage of exiting pilgrim sanctity (al-tahallul al-awwal) is achieved by performing two out of three rituals: stoning Jamrat al-Aqaba on the Day of Eid, shaving or shortening the hair, and performing Tawaf al-Ifadah along with Sa'y for those for whom it is obligatory. When a pilgrim performs two of these three, everything that was forbidden to him due to ihram becomes permissible, except for women. When he performs the third ritual, women become permissible to him. Based on this, whoever exits ihram according to the mentioned sequence is not required to do anything regarding intercourse with his wife before Tawaf al-Wada'.
