Is it permissible for a menstruating woman to have her marriage contract (aqd qiran) solemnized inside the events hall within a mosque?

If the house is designated as a prayer hall for women, it is not permissible for a menstruating woman to enter it because its ruling is like that of a mosque. However, if it is for occasions and not designated as a prayer hall, a menstruating woman is permitted to enter. The presence of the girl is not a condition at the time of the marriage contract; her consent is sufficient.
