Is it permissible for married prisoners to have sexual intercourse with their wives in private rooms within the prison?

Allah has legislated marriage for great purposes such as tranquility and stability. This cannot be achieved by marrying an imprisoned man, as it may lead to divorce or a turbulent and anxious life. The permission for private meetings may also not continue, in addition to the possibility of various harms. Therefore, it is preferable to be patient until Allah grants him release or to marry someone else from among the righteous. Remember the words of Allah Almighty: "And perhaps you dislike a thing and it is good for you; and perhaps you love a thing and it is bad for you. And Allah knows, while you know not." So, entrust your affairs to Allah and supplicate frequently. Remember the marriage of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, to Khadijah when she was forty. It is preferable not to marry him in this situation due to the refusal of your guardians, who see what is best for you. If the father is not present, the grandfather is the guardian, then the closest relative according to the order of inheritance.
