How is the inheritance of a deceased woman who leaves behind only a husband and paternal cousins distributed?

The method of inheritance division cannot be explained until the heirs are definitively and unambiguously identified. If a woman, upon her death, leaves behind only her husband and her paternal male cousins, then her husband receives half due to the absence of a direct descendant, as Allah the Almighty says: "And for you is half of what your wives leave if they have no child." The remainder goes to the paternal male cousins by virtue of 'asabah (agnatic relationship), if they are full paternal male cousins or paternal male cousins through the father, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Give the prescribed shares to those who are entitled to them, and whatever remains is for the closest male." Female paternal cousins or maternal male cousins receive nothing, because they are not among the rightful heirs.
