Should one continue advising a young man who does not pray and objects to her not speaking with men, or is it permissible to stop conversing with him and suffice with sending da'wah cards, knowing that there is no fear of fitnah on her part?

Islam has regulated the relationship between a young man and a non-mahram young woman by prohibiting approaches to zina (fornication/adultery) and following the footsteps of Satan. The Prophet warned against the fitnah (trial/temptation) of women. Based on this, the general rule for communication between the sexes is prohibition, except under the conditions of necessity, assurance of safety from fitnah, modesty, and the absence of unlawful elements. The young man mentioned is committing serious violations, such as communicating with the aim of getting acquainted, admiring girls, insisting on prohibited communication, inviting girls to chat, accusing those who adhere to Islamic law of extremism, and most dangerously, abandoning prayer. A Muslim girl must be cautious and stay away from this type of young man. The fact that the girl is not tempted is not enough to permit communication; rather, she is a partner in sin. Da'wah (Islamic propagation) materials can be sent without direct communication with him to block the pretexts of fitnah.
