Is it permissible to insist on seeking divorce from a husband who has changed due to the influence of his mother and sisters, and has neglected his wife's psychological well-being and prevents her from visiting her family, knowing that he does not fall short in her material rights and treats their daughter kindly, but she feels a lack of trust and a deterioration in their communication, and fears that she might wrong her child if she insists on divorce?

Not every shortcoming or mistreatment from the husband justifies a woman's request for divorce, as a severe warning has been reported for those who seek divorce without a valid reason. Therefore, it is advisable to be patient and understanding with the husband, remind him of good companionship, strive to reconcile him with her brother, and consider his good qualities. Divorce is detestable in Islamic law and should not be resorted to except when all means of reconciliation have failed. It is preferable to mend marital life through overlooking and compromising.
