Will the good deeds a servant performed before abandoning prayer, or before straying from obedience to Allah, be accepted if he repents and returns to Allah the Almighty?

Scholars differ on the disbelief of one who abandons prayer. The preponderant view, in our opinion, is that it does not constitute disbelief unless it is abandoned entirely. They also differ on whether mere disbelief nullifies deeds, or if it is contingent upon dying in that state. What is incumbent upon you is to repent to Allah for what has occurred from you, for "the one who repents from sin is like one who has no sin."
