Is it permissible to take operational fees when giving expiation for an oath (kaffarat al-yamin) to the poor?

It is permissible to delegate the distribution of expiation for an oath, Zakat, and charity if the agent is trustworthy and reliable, and he is allowed to take a fee for his work. However, as for the expiation for an oath, the majority of scholars hold that it is not sufficient to pay it in cash; rather, it is to feed ten poor people or clothe them.
