Is a husband's saying to his wife, "You are free and released from me," on more than one occasion, should she obtain the visa, considered a divorce?

A man's statement to his wife, "You are free" or "You are absolved from me," are considered ambiguous expressions (kinayat) of divorce. Divorce does not occur with these phrases unless the husband intends it. If the husband intends divorce with his words, his wife is divorced upon her obtaining the visa. If he does not intend divorce, nothing occurs.
