Do not enter shops or use means of transport where there is evil (munkar) except for an indispensable need, or with the intention of da'wah (calling to Islam), provided that you are safe from temptation (fitna). You must enjoin good and forbid evil according to your ability, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever among you sees an evil, let him change it with his hand; if he cannot, then with his tongue; if he cannot, then with his heart—and that is the weakest of faith." If you do so, you will not be sinful, Allah willing.
