Do divorces occur in the cases mentioned, and is the phrase "حتبقي طالق" (You will be divorced) considered a divorce, and do these phrases take effect by intention alone, and how many divorces are counted?

If the husband's intention with the phrase "you will be divorced or forbidden" was merely a promise of divorce, then nothing is necessitated by it. However, if he intended divorce by it, then it is a conditional divorce, and it takes effect upon the fulfillment of the condition according to the majority of scholars, unless the anger was so severe that the person did not know what he was saying. According to Sheikh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah, it does not take effect unless he genuinely intended to effect the divorce; as for mere threatening, it necessitates an expiation for breaking an oath.

A conditional divorce does not take effect unless the husband genuinely intended to effect the divorce. As for doubt regarding the occurrence of divorce, nothing is entailed by it.

It is preferable to refer to the Sharia courts in such matters.
