Is removing the last part of the eyebrow by mistake while shaping the face considered the forbidden plucking (namṣ) according to Sharia?

There is no accountability for what was done unintentionally, due to His Almighty's saying: "And there is no blame upon you for that in which you have erred, but [only for] what your hearts intended. And ever is Allah Forgiving and Merciful," and due to the Prophet's, peace and blessings be upon him, saying: "Indeed, Allah has overlooked for my nation mistakes, forgetfulness, and what they are coerced into."
