What is the required action to be taken with a husband who abstains from conjugal relations with his wife, even though he is healthy and she is keen to fulfill his desires, but he procrastinates in doing so?

Marriage has legitimate purposes, among which are chastity and procreation. It is a wife's right that her husband treat her well, and this includes keeping her chaste, which is one of her most emphasized rights. The reasons mentioned by the husband for not keeping her chaste are not justifiable. If the husband continues to refrain from fulfilling this right, the wife has the right to seek divorce due to harm. If this is due to magic (sihr), then ruqyah (Islamic exorcism/healing) is the cure.
