What should I do with artworks made from Arabic newspapers that may contain religious materials, of whose presence I am unaware?

If it is highly probable that newspapers contain Quranic verses, names of Allah, or anything that must be protected from desecration, then it is obligatory to separate and dispose of them in a lawful manner. However, if this is unknown, it is not necessary to remove them, especially if doing so would cause hardship or harm.
