It can be treated by avoiding what provokes it, by lowering the gaze and diverting thoughts, by resorting to Allah in supplication, by consulting specialists, by ensuring good companionship, and by occupying oneself with remembrance of Allah (dhikr) and reading the Quran. Dreaming about this is from the whispers of the self, and there is no sin upon you for mere feelings and fleeting thoughts of the heart, as long as you do not intentionally seek to provoke their causes.
