Is it permissible to benefit from governmental health insurance to cover the costs of a treatment that was diagnosed and prescribed by an external doctor, in cooperation with a doctor affiliated with the insurance company?

Muslims are bound by their conditions. The company does not cover treatment expenses except through its approved doctors. Therefore, it is not permissible to resort to deception by consulting others unless given permission, or if the approved doctor is authorized to deputize another. A Muslim must avoid cheating, lying, and deception, for Allah Almighty says: "So avoid the uncleanness of idols and avoid false statement" [Quran 22:30], and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever cheats is not one of us."
