What is the ruling on the insurance that the company will pay for me in a non-Islamic country?

If the employer is the one who undertakes the health insurance contract and provides it to the employee, and the employee has no option to obtain his right to treatment except through this insurance, then there is no blame upon the employee for benefiting from it, regardless of whether the insurance is cooperative and permissible or commercial and forbidden.
