The money is the exclusive right of the husband; it is not permissible for the wife to dispose of it without his permission. She must advise him by clarifying that the doctrine of the Sunnis is the truth, and it is not permissible to pay zakat from his money without his permission. If the agent intends [it] without the principal, it is not valid by agreement.
