The person afflicted by them does not become a disbeliever; rather, they are taught and shown the truth. One who denies the possession of humans by jinn is not considered a disbeliever, as it is a subtle matter, but they are deemed mistaken and misguided for disbelieving in something that is established. However, whoever denies the very existence of jinn is a disbeliever.
