What is the ruling on the procedure of reducing the size of the forehead by transplanting hair in an area where there was originally no hair, in order to overcome embarrassment and people's taunts due to the large size of the forehead?

Legally, it is permissible to implant hair if the intention is to remove a noticeable defect, such as hair implantation in case of hair loss, especially for women. However, if the intention is to seek beauty and adornment, it is not permissible, because it is considered an alteration of Allah's creation.
