Is not understanding or not wanting to understand the country's politics, not participating in demonstrations or national actions, or not joining any political movement, considered excessive fanaticism, or treason to the homeland, or a forbidden act for which a person will be held accountable in the grave or on the Day of Judgment?

Refraining from participating in demonstrations is neither treason nor does it necessitate accountability in the grave or sin, provided that one fulfills their religious obligations, such as worshipping Allah, enjoining good, and forbidding evil. One should strive to change evil in a way that does not lead to a greater corruption, and understand the reality of their country to participate in reform. It is imperative to be truthful and not believe rumors, and to focus on what benefits one in their religion and worldly life, such as reforming and advancing society by adhering to Allah's law. This is achieved by acquiring beneficial knowledge and acting upon it, engaging in da'wah (inviting to Islam), and choosing the best and most trustworthy individuals in political entitlements.
