How can I adequately give thanks to God for His many blessings after having passed sixty years of age, especially with my feeling that my good deeds are few, despite my adherence to obligatory acts of worship and my listening to the Qur'an?

The believer feels the grace of Allah upon him, and gratitude is built upon five pillars: the submissiveness of the thankful to the One who is thanked, his love for Him, his acknowledgment of His blessings, his praising Him for them, and his not using them in what He dislikes. The greatest way for a servant to thank his Lord is by performing the obligatory duties, then the supererogatory acts, and among the greatest and easiest of these is the remembrance of Allah Almighty. Al-Bukhari narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "My servant does not draw near to Me with anything more beloved to Me than what I have enjoined upon him. And My servant continues to draw near to Me with supererogatory deeds until I love him." The remembrance of Allah is the best of deeds and the purest in the sight of Allah, as stated in the Hadith: "Shall I not inform you of the best of your deeds, the purest in the sight of your Sovereign, the highest in your ranks, and better for you than spending gold and silver, and better for you than meeting your enemy and striking their necks and them striking your necks?" They said: "Yes!" He said: "The remembrance of Allah Almighty." It should be noted that the name "Al-Hannaan" has not been authentically established for Allah Almighty in the sound Sunnah, whereas "Al-Mannaan" is established.
