What you saw may be glad tidings for you from Allah, for your sincere repentance, seeking forgiveness, prayers, weeping, supplications, and humility. Indeed, Allah loves those who repent and purify themselves. And perhaps the light you saw was angels conveying to you the good news of Allah’s acceptance and pleasure, but a definitive interpretation of that cannot be asserted.
