How is Allah's mercy and care manifested in cases of severe affliction, and can not having children for fear of them being exposed to tribulation contradict Islam's call for procreation?

The questions included contradictions, mockery of divine decree (Qadar), and an attempt to belie the sacred texts. Allah Almighty possesses profound wisdom in His creation, which may not always be comprehended, and no one has the right to object to His actions, for He says: "He is not questioned about what He does, but they will be questioned." (Qur’an 21:23). Whoever objects resembles Iblis. Allah answers the servant as long as he does not hasten, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, warned against hastening by saying: "The supplication of any one of you will be answered as long as he does not supplicate for a sin or cutting off ties of kinship, and as long as he does not hasten." The answer to a supplication may be by expediting it, or by storing it for the Hereafter, or by averting an equivalent evil, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "There is no Muslim who supplicates with a supplication in which there is no sin or cutting off ties of kinship, but Allah will grant him one of three things: either He will hasten his supplication for him, or He will store it for him in the Hereafter, or He will avert from him an equivalent evil." Whoever does not believe in the infallible texts should not hope for an answer, and he must repent from these words because they harm himself and do not harm Allah in any way.
